Document lines for the price change can be entered in two ways:

1. in the central panel

if you wish to change prices in all retail classes, this is the only possible way to carry out the procedure. We also use it when we will chose a different degree of price increase in every price range:

Item
choose the item, to which you wish to change the retail price
Name
 item for the price change can also be chosen according to its name
Purchase price the program displays the purchase price from the items register
Old price
 the program displays the existing retail prices from the items register,  as the following;

- retail price, sales price, wholesale price 1, wholesale price 2, price for the Bill Of Material.
Raise in %
 enter the degree of retail price increase. You may change only one of the prices or all.

On the basis of the entered degree of the retail price increase, the program will calculate new prices.
New price
 Data on new prices in all price classes is being displaced automatically if you have entered the  Degree of increase.
Actually, new retail prices can be entered directly in the offered fields.
Margin (old/new)
 the program displays for every price range:
  • percentage of old margin, so margin in former retail prices.
  • percentage of new margin, so, margin in new sales prices. It is being displayed in the bold print.

Such entered data is also being transferred in the document line.

000001.gif For easier navigation among the data, the buttons with the following functions are available in the central panel:

 005058.gif - transfer to the new line and the entry of code of the next item, to which we are changing the code

005045.gif - jump on previous line of the price change document

005044.gif - jump to the next line of the price change document

 

2.  directly in the document lines   

for the change of price, if only the retail price will be changed and (connected to it), price from the first price class.

 
005358.gif With the click on the 009096.gif icon, in front of the consecutive number of the line, a window for entry of the note on the document line opens. The icon thus changes into 009097.gif. For the passing into the new line of the note, use the combination of buttons  005059.gif007002.gif.

When the entry of the note is completed, close the window with the click on the 009097.gif icon. 
Line
 consecutive number of the line. For the changing of this data see the Task Bar!
ID
 Choose the item, for which you wish to change the price.
Name
 item for the price change can also be chosen by name.
Stock
 The program displays the stock situation, with which the difference is being multiplied to calculate the total value of the price change.
000001.gif The stock is calculated as the stock situation on (including) the date of document for the price change.
UM
 unit of measure
VAT
 tariff number of the tax for this item
Old price
 the program displays old retail price (with VAT included) of the item
New price
 enter the new retail price (with VAT included) of the item
Difference
 The program displays the difference between the old price and the new price
000001.gif The lines are simplest sorted according to the growing succession of an individual column, with the left click on the name of the column.  The report will be sorted by line numbers.
000001.gif Line of document for the price change is deleted with the combination of 005059.gif005054.gif buttons.
