Synchronization Server The name or IP of the server where the central database is located.

Upon synchronization, the terminal with the PANTHEON RT connects to the server. During synchronization, data is exchanged. The flow of data is two-way.                                   
Synchronization with Database The name of the database on the server.
Last Synchronization The date and time of the last data synchronization between the central database and the RT terminals.
Time to Next Syncrhonization The time remaining to the next data synchronization between the central database and RT terminals. It is entered in seconds.
Cash Select the POS issue document type.
Offline Mode
  • Select this option if you would like to work in offline mode. Offline mode means that data synchronization between the database and the RT terminals will not occur. In this case, data will be recorded in the local database of the terminal. When communication is established between the local and central database, data is synchronized. All issued invoices and cash receipts are sent from RT to RE, and changes to registers are sent from RE to RT.
  • If this option is not selected, online mode is used, which means that the terminal continuously synchronizes with the RE database.
Print Immediately
  • Select this option if you would like to print the receipt immediately. Thes means that every line of the invoice is printed as soon as it is entered.
  • If this option is not selected, the enitre receipt will first be created and then printed (see F8 - Print).

 

Save This button saves the changes to the user's .INI file.
Cancel This button cancels the entered settings and restores the previous settings.
