Manufacturing Specification

The purpose of manufacturing specification is to modify specification structure in a specific work order.

The product specification contains initial, that is, default values of previously mentioned types of specification.

Manufacruring specification is a specification strucure that can be created, according to requirements, using PANTHEON manufacturing module. Manufacturing specification shows components, materials of which the item is made up as well as technological procedures used in processing.

Lines in manufacturing specification contain data for issuing materials required in production of the specified quantity of items (products). Based on them materials are issued from warehouse to work order.

Operations in manufacturing specification include data used in releasing operations of technological procedure in a certain work order. They represent a basis for reporting realized production time.

Besides data from product specification you can find lines scheduling requirements of lines of material as well as scheduling execution of operations.

Manufacturing specification is a product specification copied to manufacturing work order. Opening a work order copied the currently selected alternats of product specification.

Edit lines in manufacturing specification in the same way as in product specification. That is, you can add new lines of material and operation, changing or deleting them later. Thus you adapt the basic product specification to concrete circumstances particular to the work order.

Manufacturing specification shows the current status of realized material issues and the realized operations.
