Milking Import

Milking Import

When you opens milking import form, grid contains all available columns. On data import only columns with data are visible.

In header you first have to select a few settings before import:

  • Source: for which type of milking robot you would like to import data. You can only import data for milking robots in list of import data from Excel file. This setting only has to be selected for the first time and in remembered for later.
  • Warehouse: to which warehouse you would like to add milk. This can be set also in Administration Panel so data are stored for later.
  • Date format: format of date in import file. This is also stored fo later but has to be selected if milking robot is using different date format.

If all the links are established correctly import data should be visible in grid on import. It is especially important to correctly define animal ID so that animal is recognized in software.

If some animals are missing, or IDs are not connected, such animals will be clearly marked in grid. User can then select animal from drop-down or change settings.
