New unit of measurement
The action button: New can be found in the toolbar within the Items/products register/tab in the Main units of measurement register.
On the left, the toolbar lists all the registers as clickable tabs. On the right, you can find a button specifically for the Mains units of measurement register: New.
Clicking on this button opens the U/M (Unit of measurement) panel for adding a new unit to the register.
The toolbar now changes and also shows the buttons Save and X (Cancel).

Code

Max. 3-character alphanumerical (speaking) code of unit of measurement.

Inter. code
|
International code of the units of measurement (e. g. for “piece”, the abbreviation PCE is used). For an easier input, you can select the international code from a drop-down menu, applied from the eSlog standards.

Name
|
A max. 15-character description of the unit of measurement.

After entering all the required data, click on the Save button in the upper-right corner of the panel.
After saving a new unit of measurement, a new button apperas in the right corner of the toolbar: Delete.
