Tasks

The Tasks module enables the superiors or the approvers an overview of the tasks. Tasks for superiors or approvers are created from the titles of employees' submitted leave requests, work-related exits, etc.

IMPORTANT
- Which tasks are visible and manageable to the employee depends on the authorisations.
- Employees submit their leave requests, work-related exits, etc., in the Work records module with the Add request button.

The Tasks tab is divided into two parts:
- The Header with criteria for tasks searching.
- List of tasks with their data
|

In the header, you search for and filter the Tasks with the following fields:
Search
|
A search field for searching based on the name of the task.
|
Type |
The task type search options:
- My unfinished tasks – all the tasks which were received for approval by the superior or the approver, but have not yet been handled (completed).
- All my tasks – all the tasks that the superior or the approver received for approval and completed (approved, rejected, redirected), or the tasks that are still waiting to be handled.
- All unfinished tasks – all the unfinished tasks in the program.
- All tasks – unfinished and finished tasks in the program.

Date from |
The start date of the tasks display. |
Date to |
The end date of the tasks display. |
It is a table with data about the tasks, which can be interpreted in the below described fields:
Task
|
The name of the task. Clicking the name of the Absence approval (employee leave requests, work-related absence requests, etc.) task opens the Request approval window:
- unfinished task – in the case of an unfinished task, the window of the superior or approver demands handling (approval, rejection, redirection);
- finished task – in this case, the window shows that the task is being handled (approved, rejected, redirected).

User |
The name of the user that the task has been assigned to. Each user sees either all, or only their tasks, depending on the authorisation. |
Amount Due |
Information about the amount due, which originates in the document that was submitted for approval. With tasks that are created from leave requests, absences, etc., this information field is empty. Tasks that are created from travel orders submitted for approval, will have the information about the amount due from the travel order visible. |
