Company

The Company tab of the Settings module shows the settings of your company and the program license information.

HINT

For practical use cases showing how to edit company information, see the chapter Company in the user manual.

The screen can be divided into the following sections:

  1. Toolbar with action buttons
  2. Company info – shows information about your company
  3. License info – shows information about the license and the version that you are using

 

1. Toolbar

In the toolbar, you can select the tabs Company, Work records and Users as well as two action buttons:

Import workflows

Opens a new window for importing predefined eWorkflows from the Web Service.

Save

Saves any changes of data.

 

2. Company info

Clicking the (Edit) icon opens the mask for editing Company info.

3. License info

Displays information about the registered user and and all other data about the program version you are using.

License info

Registered user

Name of the customer, appointed by the supplier on the basis of a paid preliminary order or other document, and sent to the customer.

Serial no.

Serial number of the program package received upon purchase. The serial number indicates which version of the program was purchased and the number of registered users.

License

Number of licenses purchased/rented.

 

Version data

Version (WEB)

Current version of the Web program.

Version (database)

Version of the program database.

Database

Name of database on the server.

Legislation

Country code of the legislation used for this database (e.g. SI – Slovenian legislation).

Collation (database)

For correct operation, both collations, database and server, have to be identical. By default, collation used for Datalab databases is SQL_Slovenian_CI_AS.
