Reselecting the mailbox in the eWorkflow settings

All eWorkflows for ePosting can be customized to the needs of your company. The example below shows how to reselect the mailbox when you set up the eWorkflow.

HINT

For more information on transferring the Mailbox and creating a new login, see the chapter Mailbox for ePosting.

It is mandatory to reselect the mailbox if you have transferred the eWorkflow from the server before creating or transferring the mailbox.

Below is an example of how to reselect the mailbox for ePosting.

CASE SUMMARY

The person responsible wants to reselect the mailbox in the eWorkflow settings. This is done as follows:

  1. Opening the eWorkflow
  2. Modifying the settings of the eWorkflow OCR for ePosting

1. Opening the eWorkflow

To open the eWorkflow, the person responsible selects Settings | Documentation | Workflow Design from the main menu.

Using the navigation buttons in the toolbar, the person responsible searches for and selects the eWorkflow that will be modified,

in this case: optical scanning (OCR) for eBooks.

Next, the person responsible can modify the eWorkflow settings.

2. Modifying the settings of the eWorkflow OCR for ePosting

To modify the settings of the eWorkflow OCR for ePosting (ePost OCR), the person responsible clicks the central Send file block.

From the drop-down list of the Send file window, the person responsible selects the Mailbox again, as shown in the image below.

WARNING

Despite having selected the Mailbox before, it is IMPERATIVE to select it again from the drop-down list if you transfer the eWorkflow at a later stage.
