Posted Work

The Posted work tab in the Daily plan form allows you to review the work reported by the workers in connection with the selected daily plan.

Below is a description of the tab's features:

1. Table of posted work

The table displays the data of the work reported by workers in connection with the daily plan. The data is for review only and cannot be edited.

WO

Displays the number of the work order on which the work was reported.

Item

Displays the ID of the operation from the Items register.

Line

Displays the line number of the operations form from the BOM of the work order.

A

Displays the number of the alternate used.

Registration No.

Displays the registration number / ID of the worker that reported the work from the Employee Files.

Employee

Displays the name of the worker that reported the work.

Author. Person

Displays the name of the authorized person.

Resource

Displays the ID of the resource used in the operation, from the manufacturing specification. 

Resource Name

Displays the name of the resource used in the operation, from the manufacturing specification. 

Date

Displays the date of the reported work.

Shift

Displays the number of the shift on which the work was reported.

Start

Displays the date and time of the start of the work reported.

End

Displays the date and time of the end of the work reported.

Time

Displays the amount of time reported.

Time (h)

Displays the hours of the time reported.

Time (min)

Displays the minutes of the time reported.

Time (sec)

Displays the seconds of the time reported.

Good

Displays the quantity of the good pieces reported.

Bad

Displays the quantity of the bad pieces reported.

Repair Qty

Displays the reported quantity of the pieces suitable for repair.

Hold-Up

Displays the amount of time of the recorded Hold-Up.

ET

Displays the types of earnings used in the WO.

Type of Time

Displays the type of time (production time – Tpr, and set up time – Tsu, or both) that was selected when reporting the work.

Tpr

Displays the manufacturing time of operation that can be found in the product specification.

Tsu

Displays the closing manufacturing time of the operation that can be found in the product specification.

Recognized Pieces

Displays the recognized quantity, comprised of "good" and "bad" pieces, in the records of the completed work.

Recognized Time

Displays the recognized manufacturing time in the records of the completed work.

K

Displays if the operation is finished.

Price

Displays the value of the completed work entered.

Issue Doc. No.

Displays the ID of the issued document for the operation.

Issue Doc. Line.

Displays the line number of the operation on the issue document.

Note

View, or enter a note into the line.

2. Hold-Ups

This section displays the data about reported hold-ups.

At the bottom of the section, the total reported amount of the hold-up time is displayed.

Hold-Up ID

Displays the ID of the hold-up from the Reasons for Delay register.

Name

Displays the name of the hold-up from the Reasons for Delay register.

Time

Displays the reported time of the hold-up.

3. Scrap

This section displays data about the reported scrap and the pieces suitable for repair.

At the bottom of the section, the total reported quantity of the scrap and the pieces suitable for repair is displayed.

Scrap ID

Displays the ID of the scrap from the Scrap Reasons register.

Name

Displays the name of the scrap from the Scrap Reasons register.

Scrap Qty

Displays the quantity of the scrap reported.

Repair Qty

Displays the reported quantity of the pieces suitable for repair.
