Amounts |
Select whether report should contain LCY or FCY.
- If local currency (LCY) is selected, the report will show amounts in local currency only, even if the original post is made in foreign currency.
- If foreign currency (FCY) is selected, the report will show only original currency of the posts.

Show Opening Balance Analytical |
If this option is checked, opening balance will be shown analytical by lines.
If this option is unchecked, opening balance will beu shown in one line.

If checked, posts will be shown grouped by source line, not by Line. |
Auto-Refresh Data |
If checked, data will be automatically refreshed for every printout of report. |
Only Approved Journal Entries |
If checked, the program will include in the report only the journal entries with the Approved status. |
Report in User's language |
If the translations of the chart of the account exist for certain language in the program, these translations can be used in the printout of the Account card. |
Initial balance |
The same functionality as in the case of trial balance reports:
Doc. Type of Opening On Date – Checks if there is opening document on Target Date From and uses these values as the initial balance of account card.
Transactions Up To – Initial balance is calculated from first opening document and all posts except posts on opening and closing document types until Target Date From.
Transactions Up To and Including – Initial balance is calculated from first opening document and all posts except posts on opening and closing document types until and including Target Date From.

Merge |
Select the type of grouping you want in the report:
- None – data will not be merged by any criteria.
- Account – data will be merged by account.
- Accounts and Subjects– data will be merged by account and by subjects.

Select the type of the accounts for the documents you want in the Account card report:
- Subsidiary Accounts – Include documents where postings include subject and report does not depend on the settings in the chart of accounts.
- General Ledger – Include documents where postings do not include subject data.

Select specific journal entry for which you want to create a report. It is also possible to review more than one journal entry at the same time by using the multi select key |

Additional account 2. The account card can be prepared for:
- two accounts in one report. For example, for one subject, you can prepare a report for liabilities and for advanced payments to suppliers. In this case, do not check the from - to checkbox.
- for a specific range of accounts. In this case, the from - to checkbox should be checked.
Also, option Use account 2 for reporting should be checked.

Document types in period |
Enables you to select the desired document types for review. The selection of document types for review is stored seperately for each user. |
