Tab view

On the Tab view form, task data is displayed in tabular mode. The user can select multiple tasks and start the task execution process at the same time. Further details of the tasks are defined on tabs.
This form is accessed by selecting the Tab view mode on the To-do form.

The form is made up of certain panels and building elements, which are described below.
Displays a list of tasks and details in a tabular view.

HINT
You can add or remove columns from the list by right-clicking on the column heading and selecting Edit │ Select Columns. To remove a column, select the option Remove This Column.

Mark
|
If checked ( ), the task is selected and you can carry out an action for this task.
|
Status
|
The statuses are system-defined:
- Outstanding – the task completion date (Due date field) is in the past.
- Conflict – two tasks overlap in time or the task is scheduled outside the user's working hours.
- Not started – the task has not yet started.
- Completed – the task is complete.
- In progress – the task is being carried out.
- Canceled – the task has been cancelled and will not be carried out.

Database
|
Displays the name of the database to which the task has been assigned for execution.

Hint
If you execute an action on a task that is assigned to be executed in another database, a new PANTHEON window will open, where the database will be started and the task will be executed. The window will also close automatically when the action is finished.

Priority
|
The priority of the task that was defined when the task was created. Priority allows the user to specify the order in which tasks are executed. The list of statuses is system-defined:
- 1 – High priority
- 5 – Normal priority
- 10 – Low priority

Task Type
|
Task type. A detailed description is found in the chapter Task type.

Calendar Type
|
Name of the calendar specified for scheduling the task.
|
Title
|
Task title. Generated when the task is created.
|
Assigned to
|
The user to whom the task is assigned to perform it.
|
Created
|
Date and time when the task must be performed/completed.
|
Due Date
|
Date and time when the task must be performed/completed.
|
Document
|
A document related to the task to be performed. The link to the document is defined when the task is created.
|
Owned By
|
The user who created the task.
|
Subject
|
Linked subject. The link to the subject needs to be defined when the task is created.
|
Amount
|
The amount on the document related to the task.
|
Link Document
|
If the checkbox Show link document for documentation is checked, the table shows the column Link Document. If a link exists, a hyperlink to the document is displayed.
Double-clicking on the hyperlink opens the document.

Selected tasks can be started, redirected, completed, etc. The buttons defined in the task business processes are displayed.
Run
|
Starts the execution of the task (marked in the Mark field).

Close workflow |
Closes all marked eWorkflows. A form is opened where you can enter any text, for example, the reason for closing the tasks of eWorkflows.

This is useful in cases where, for various reasons, eWorkflow tasks remain open and are no longer needed.

Confirm
|
Confirm the selected tasks (marked in the Mark field).
|
Decline
|
Decline the selected tasks (marked in the Mark field).
|
Confirm and redirect
|
If there is an eWorkflow, which contains a Select user block on the task, a form is opened. Task is redirected to another selected user for validation/execution.

The display of tabs on the panel depends on how the task is created.
