Tasks
Tasks are used to monitor and carry out user tasks. They are generated from business processes or manually.

Status
|
The statuses are system-defined:
- Outstanding – the task completion date (Due date field) is in the past.
- Conflict – two tasks overlap in time or the task is scheduled outside the user's working hours.
- Not started – the task has not yet started.
- Completed – the task is complete.
- In progress – the task is being carried out.
- Canceled – the task has been cancelled and will not be carried out.

Subject
|
Linked subject. The link to the subject needs to be defined when the task is created.

Task type
|
Task type description.

Amount due
|
When confirming invoices or documents where amounts are also relevant and the amount is a mandatory detail on the classification, the amount of the document is displayed here.

Person responsible for the task. |
Priority
|
The priority of the task that was defined when the task was created. Priority allows the user to specify the order in which tasks are executed. The list of statuses is system-defined:
- 1 – High priority
- 5 – Normal priority
- 10 – Low priority

Date and time when task was created.

Due date
|
Task due date.

Calendar type |
Name of the calendar specified for scheduling the task. |
Task owner |
The user who created the task. |
