Grassland Tasks
Opening the grassland tasks as a Grassland WO Event and Processing a new window for searching and entering record appears.
Through this section all processes according to grassland and pasture could be managed. On the left up corner there is a Select Date field, bellow Filters which allow you to search your records by cycle status (Select) or type of unit search (Unit). On the top right side a grid, named Fields, presents the cycles, which have been chosen by previous filters. On the bottom right grid, named Data Input, you can enter the data about used material, resources, labor specific and data about products of your production.

Select Date
You select the date period within which you wish to search records. Date from is obligatory to enter, while Date to is not obligatory. All next searching are made within period Date form and Date To.

Filter
Select
By this Filter you select for which production cycles status you want to search in next step; there are three possibilities:
- All: the selection will be done for all cycles inserted in Grassland cycles (within selected period). Selection of filter All exclude filter In progress and Done, while selecting In progress and Done could be chosen at the same time.
- In progress: the selection will be done only for cycles with opened or In Progress status, determined within Grassland cycle.
- Done: the selection will be done for cycles which have been finished as they are determined within Grassland cycle.

Unit
Searching cycles could be done by using tree units: Tasks or Orders or Fields.
If you click tasks, tasks for grass production are displayed. Task are listed by alphabetical sequence and derives from previous determined and transferred expert model for GRASS. You can select one or more tasks at once. By selecting tasks in next grid Fields all cycles with corresponding fields for selected tasks displays. You have to select at least one task to continue the searching.

If you click Orders, work orders which have already been monitored within grass cycles display. You can select one or more work orders at once. If you select one work order in the next grid Fields all tasks for this work order for ONE cycles displays. You have to select at least one task to continue with searching.

If you click Fields a list of all fields which are recorded within cycles displays. You can select one or more fields at once. If you select one field you can see that within grid Fields there are records for every field monitored by task and work orders.

Fields
Within window Fields there are listed all cycles according to your previous searching: Select date, Filter Select and Filter Unit. All titles of columns have been already entered and you can not change them:
Article: a name of product (Product), Cycle: name of production cycle, LPIS: name of Filed (LPIS), Filed: name of subdivision/ crop area, Start: starting date of task, acCaption: name of production cycle, acWo: number of working order, Task: a name of task. By selecting one or more records with a checkmark and later clicking on button Prepare a new grid, named Input data appears.

Data input
All data about used material/resources workers and products can be managed within Data Input. There are five tabs: Material, Resources, Work External Cost/Services and Product.

Here you can monitor the type and quantity of used material for previous selected cycles. There are already displayed records due to previous searching and filtering.

Date
a) You can select the date from calendar in the Date box; in this case you enter the date for all records bellow.
b) you can enter the date in the Date cell; you enter date manually for only one record.
Material
a) You can select material from the Material box: in this case you enter the material for all records bellow.
b) you can enter the material in the Material cell; you enter material by help of new papap, named Used Material.

Item |
From drop-down menu you choose material that has been used in working process. If you want to see the right material, you have first to insert it into Items. |
Name |
Detailed information about specific item. Field is automatically filled when you choose an item. Otherwise you can also search by name. |
Warehouse |
The warehouse is entered automatically in a way it is recorded in Items. You can change the name of warehouse individually. |
Qty. |
The quantity of used material. |
U/M |
Unit of used material |
Own. Prod. |
If you are using material from own production (home manure, home produced seeds, ...) you mark this field. It is important for creation of FADN reports. |
Min. Qty. |
Minimum allowable amount of sprayer per hectare. In case of fertilizers you leave the field empty. |
Max. Qty. |
Maximum allowable amount of sprayer per hectare. in case of fertilizer you leave the field empty. |

Process, subdivisions, Work order of records monitored within Data input enters automatically and you can not change it.
In case you forget to enter data in cell and notice occurs:

Here you can monitor used resources of agriculture machinery for previous selected cycles. There are already displayed records due to previous searching and filtering.
Through this tab you can monitor the type of used assets for selected cycles. The date has been already entered. You can change it manually in the Date cell.

Date
The date has been already entered due to previous Material entering.You can change it manually in the Date cell.
Resources
a) You can select resources from the Resources box: in this case you enter resources for all records bellow.
b) you can enter the Resources in the Resources cell; you enter resources by help of new papap, named Fixed Assets.

Find |
You can find fixed assets within specification in Financials/Fixed assets. |

Subdivisions, Process, Area planned, Surface unite and work orders enter automatically and you can not change it. you enter the data about Area done with selected resource.

Through this tab you can monitor labor, list of workers and time (total, average) spent for specific record.

Date
The date has been already entered due to previous Material and Resources entering.You can change it manually in the Date cell.
Work
a) You can select workers from the Works box: in this case you enter workers for all records bellow.
b) you can enter workers in the Worker cell; you enter workers by help of new papap, named Select workers.

Process, Subdivision, Unit and Work order enter automatically. By selecting the workers and their hours a Time total cell and Average Time cell calculate and display automatically. Clicking the button Confirm event in the right down corner tha selected record is saved. If the record is saved the record` s row became green coloured and in the last column Note the notice Input successful appears.

- External cost/ Services (in progress)
Through this tab you can monitor quantity of product with corresponding warehouses.
IMPORTANT: for selecting tab Product within Unit task has to be selected a task mowing, collecting or transporting.
After Selecting records by clicking Prepare you have to enter Material, Resources and Work as it it described above.


Quantity Done
a) You can select unit in U/M box; in this case you enter quantity yield for all records bellow.
b) You can select unit (kg or tonnes) in Quantity cell manually.
You enter the value of yield. By clicking the right button mouse, three possibilities appears:
- split by number of lines: the value of Quantity done will be divided by the number of rows,
- split by done area: the value of quantity done will be divided according to done area as it is recorded in cycle,
- split by planned area: the value of quantity will be divided according planned area as it is recorded in cycle

Unit
a) You can enter quantity yield in the Quantity box: in this case you enter quantity yield for all records bellow.
b) You can enter quantity yield in the Quantity cell manually.
Warehouse
a) You can select warehouse in Warehouse box; in this case you enter warehouse for all records bellow.
b) You can select warehouse in Warehouse cell manually.
After clicking on button in the right down corner Confirm event a notice " Input successful" in the column Note appears.
