Here you can see work orders being created by using Transfer Order to WO parameter. The latter can be set in the Items register.

The parameter is used in the following cases:

• Transfer Order to WO - Manufacturing MF
• Create WO from WO Processing
• Create WO from Basic Plan Lines, but only in sublevels - that is, lines of plan of the first level that can be created by transferring sales orders to plan. The Transfer Order to WO parameter is used when transferring to plan with individual items in lines of order. 
• Creating WO Manually in Process Work Orders
• Transfer Order to WO - Manufacturing SE

Creating Work Orders

Let us say you want to create a work order containing a planned quantity of 4 pieces of product having ID PRODUCT03.

Parameter used:

• 1 - 1 Piece = 1 WO
• O - Optimum Quantity
• K - Total Quantity on One WO
