By selecting Work Preparation tab in Issue Materials displays work preparations in work order. Here are displayed lines of manufacturing specification which is the same as in WO Work Preparation panel in the window for processing work orders.

 

Entering Lines:

 

Alt Displays alternate specification where a specific line is located.
Line Displays a consecutive line number in product specification.
Item Displays an item in line.
Description Here you can enter a short text describing or naming an item in a specific line. By clicking the icon a note to the line is opened. If anything is entered here, the icon is grey and displayed in bold.

Batch Displays a selected number of specification units of manufacturing batch.
Net/WO Displays a net quantity required for producing quantity in work order.
Issued/WO Displays an already issued net quantity of a specific line in work order.
Scrap/WO Displays volume of scrap created when producing quantities in work order.
Issued/WO Displays an already issued quantity of scrap of a specific line in work order.
Waste/WO Displays volume of waste created when producing quantities in work order.
Issued/WO Displays an already issued quantity of waste of a specific line in work order.
Gross/WO Displays a gross quantity required for producing quantity in work order.
Issued/WO Displays an already issued gross quantity of a specific line in work order.
U/M Displays a unit of measurement used with the item.
Start Displays the date and exact time when the operation started. Data can be found in schedules for releasing work orders, that is, from data that were changed when editing a line in manufacturing specification.

End Displays the date and exact time when the operation ended. Data can be found in schedules for releasing work orders, that is, from data that were changed when editing a line in manufacturing specification. 
Active If checked, marks that a line is active  thus enabling you to create a report of work documentation.
Finished If checked, marks that transactions are completed. It means that quantities were fully issued to the work order.
Stock Displays available stock of an item in warehouses set for stock overview for this document type.
Alloc. Qty Displays allocated quantity of an item.

 

Alloc. Scrap Displays allocated quantity of item scrap.

 

Alloc. Waste Displays allocated quantity of item waste.

 

Item Type Displays an item type.
Prim.  Cat. Displays a primary category of an item.
Sec. Cat. Displays a secondary category of an item.
Volume Displays a number of specification units expressed in a selected unit of measurement for which volume used in line can range from  1 to 1,000,000 units.
Net/1 Displays a net quantity required to compose a batch quantity in specification.
Scrap/1 Displays volume of scrap for batch quantity of an item.
Waste/1 Displays volume of waste for batch quantity of an item.
Gross/1 Displays a gross quantity required to compose a batch quantity in specification.
Net/Volume  Displays a net quantity required to compose a batch quantity in specification according to volume.
Scrap/Volume Displays waste for batch quantity of an item according to volume.
Waste/Volume Displays scrap for batch quantity of an item according to volume.
Gross/Volume Displays a gross quantity required to compose batch quantity in specification according to volume.
