Selecting Work Preparation in the Issue Materials window displays work preparation in work order. List includes specification of lines of manufacturing specification containing the same content that can be found in the Work Preparation window.

Alt.
Displays alternate specification where a line can be found.
Line
Displays number of the selected line in ascending order as defined in product specification.
Item
Displays item in line.
Description (Note field) Displays a name of the item. Clicking the icon in note field displays additional description. If additional description already exists in line, the icon is grey and displayed in bold type.
Batch
Displays number of units in production batch.
Net/WO
Displays net quantity required in production.
Issued/WO
Displays already issued net quantity of a specific line of work order.
Scrap/WO
Displays scrap volume in production.
Issued/WO
Displays already issued quantity of scrap of a specific line of work order.
Waste/WO
Displays waste volume in production.
Issued/WO
Displays already issued quantity of waste of a specific line of work order.
Gross/WO
Displays gross quantity required in production.
Issued/WO
Displays already issued gross quantity of a specific line of work order.
U/M
Displays a primary unit of measurement used with item.
Start Time
Enter or select start date and time of operation in the selected line. Data can be found among scheduled data when issuing work orders when modifying lines if manufacturing specification.
End
Enter or select end date and time of operation in the selected line. Data can be found among scheduled data when issuing work orders when modifying lines if manufacturing specification.
Active
If checked, shows that a line is active and you are able to create report of work documentation.
Finished
If checked, shows that transactions were finished. That is, the quantities were issued to WO in entirety.
Stock
Displays available stock of item at warehouse as set in stock overview for document type of manufacturing.
Item Type
 Displays item type.
Prim. Cat. Displays ID of primary category of item.
Sec. Cat. Displays ID of secondary category of item.

 
Volume
 Enter or select number of units in specification expressed in unit of measurement set. Here the amount of volume is set ranging from 1 to 1,000,000 units.
Net/1
 Displays net quantity required in order to assemble batch quantities.
Scrap/1
 Displays quantity of scrap in batch production expressed using primary unit of measurement.
Waste/1
 Enter quantity of waste in batch production.
Gross/1
 Displays net quantity required in order to assemble batch quantities.
Net/Volume
 Displays net quantity required in order to assemble batch quantities according to volume.
Waste/Volume
 Displays quantity of waste in batch production according to volume.
Scrap/Volume
 Displays quantity of scrap in batch production according to volume.
Gross/Volume

 Displays gross quantity required in order to assemble batch quantities according to volume.
