XML to DB

With the XML to DB block, you can transfer data from an XML file to a database using a predefined structure as defined in Exchange Setttings.

The block can be accessed from the menu Settings | Documentation | Workflow Design by clicking the panel Design | Input/Output.

Double-clicking the XML to DB block opens the XML to DB window with a toolbar and two fields:

Convert

From the drop-down list, select the corresponding Exchange Settings , which contain a list of codes for data exchange.

File name

Enter the path to the location of the XML file that will be transferred to the database.
