Activation of Travel Orders Granule

This chapter provides more detail in describing the process of assigning PANTHEON Personnel Granules to the users and other important settings for optimal operation of the application.
Before activation of Personnel Granules for a new user we strongly recommend to define authorizations. In PANTHEON select Settings | Program | Administration panel | Users and groups | Users and choose user. In tab Security | General set a permissions to None and click Save button.

In PANTHEON selects Settings | Program | Administration panel | Versions/Upgrades | Instalation and select tab Granules and select the Document Types for the employee to be activated by the Travel Orders Granule.

Following only the instructions above, by activating the granule, the user will receive the default - in our opinion, permitted rights. All other authorizations will be automatically stay set to zero.
 |
WARNING
If we assign the Granule to the existing user, for example a manager, who has higher permissions, he will also have more rights in the Granules. Granule therefore does not overwrite higher permissions with lower ones.
|
 |
WARNING
If we take the Granula away for the user permissions returns to the state before the assigning of the Granula. |
 |
WARNING
The activation of the Granule will not work as described above if you had the switch Inherited from parent and Acquired from user group on individual authorizations. Authorizations with these settings will behave according to these configurations.
