Basis for calculating compensation

Once, you have clicked the Run button , the program will display data selected through entered parameters in the Criteria tab:

Employee 

Last name and name of the employee from the Employee Files register.

Reg. No.

Registration number of an employee from the Employee Files | General.

Base Year

The year, from which the program will draw the basis for the sick leave. This can be:

  • the year for which you have started the search of data.;
  • If the employee for which you have searched data has in the previous year already received the compensation, this information will be the one you have already calculated in the prior year.

Gross Basis

Total gross amount of the employee's earnings that are included in the basis for the compensation. In accordance with the Article 31 of the Health Care and Health Insurance Act this amount is the total value of all earnings that have been paid out for the year in the Base Year field, the earnings types from which health contributions have been paid of.
In this amount are not included earnings from which contributions have not yet been paid of, just calculated (Example: Disability Allowances ).

No. of Hours

The number of used hours for the completion of work which arise from the earnings types :

  • R - Regular work - regular work if the earnings type is added to the number of hours worked
  • S - Sick leave - sick leave if the earnings type is added to the number of hours worked
  • U - Overtime - overtime if the earnings type is calculated in hours;
  • reduced for the number of hours of the work type for which you do not pay contributions, but are only calculated (Example: Disability Allowances ).

Hours Worked in Year

total number of hours worked for a year, calculated from data of the average salaries register (if you did not enter the information manuallay as a criterion - see the description of the previous panel)

Total Hours Worked

Total hours worked for the current employee. The information is:

  • The total number of all hours worked for the selected period which arise from the earnings type of the type "Add to Hours Worked".
  • educed for the number of hours of a work type for which you do not pay contributions, but are only calculated (Example: Disability Allowances ).

If the employee has been employed in your company for a whole year and does not receive the remuneration for a disability, the information in this field is equal to the information from the previous field ("Hours Worked in Year").

Note

The note will tell you the status of the received results for the individual employee:

N - None - the employee has been employed in your company for a whole year. This way, you have all required data for the calculation fo the compensation basis.

  • No hours of regular work - the employee did not have any payments of the type R - Regular work in the selected period, but was an employee of your company for a whole year. Meaning, his compensation basis will stay as it has been calculated in the previous year.
  • Required hours not complete - information on the hours worked in year and the total hours worked the employee had in the certain period are not the same. This note means:
    • If your data in the Employee Files are correct, the program has discovered that for the certain period you would like to find the compensation basis the employee worked in another company. In such a case, you will have to complete the gross basis and the hours of regular work with data that you receive from the previous employment (i.e. other employee, employment office, etc.) If this is the employee first employment, the program will will assign the status "First employment".
    • If your data in the Employee Files are incorrect, the program will assign this status to all employees with the Employment Start later than 1.1. of the year for which you would like to calculate the compensation basis.
  • First employment - information on the hours worked in year and the total hours worked the employee had in the certain period are not the same. The program received from the Employee Files | Employment Record information that this is employee first employment and received result is the correct basis for the calculation of the compensation.

A click on the Export button will enable you to export the selected data as a dBase or Paradox file:

Define the name of the file and click the Export button. The program will confirm you if the operation has been finished successfully.

If you click the Report button, the program will display data on the screen and print them:

If you click the Save button, the program will copy selected data in the Employee Files. Before copying, the program will ask for confirmation:

Once, you have clicked the OK button, the program will start the copying procedure and will save selected data in the fields Del17, Del18 and Del19 of the Employee Files. At the end the program will report if the procedure has been finished successfully.

By pressing on the button delete we delete a specific position, but before deleting the program displays a confirmation. 

With the help of the navigation buttons we can move between the lines.
In case we change data in lines we can save it with this button.
