Pri izdaji blaga lahko v šifrantu vrst dokumentov izberemo (obkljukamo) opcijo, naj se serijske številke dodeljujejo avtomatsko. To možnost lahko izberemo za izdaje iz blagovnega modula ter za izdaje iz carinskega skladišča. Za razliko od sprotnega ročnega izbiranja serijskih številk program potem, ko vnesemo izdano količino, avtomatsko razdolži ustrezno število serijskih številk z zaloge.
