Potrebno je provjeriti postavke autorizacije te prilikom svakog ispisa provjeriti da li su ispravno odabrani željeni kriteriji za ispis. Moguće da nisu odabrane sve potrebne vrste dokumenata za izvještaj. Odabir se vrši na formi na kojoj se biraju i ostali kriteriji za ispis.
