Ručno knjiženje koristimo tamo, gdje automatsko knjiženje nije moguće (npr. početno stanje na početku poslovanja odnosno upotrebe programskog paketa, knjiženje izvoda iz žiro računa itd.). U takvim slučajevima nalog za knjiženje, što nam funkcija automatskog knjiženja uradi automatski, izradimo ručno.
