Kako se obračunavaju zavisni troškovi (transport, špedicija) kod besplatnih uzoraka?

Zavisni troškovi ulaze u osnovicu za PDV bez obzira na to što je roba besplatna. Prilikom obračuna:
Ukupne troškove (špedicija, transport u zemlji i inostranstvu, terminali) dodajemo u PDV osnovicu.
Ove troškove unosimo i u kalkulaciju nabave, pa čak i ako se koristi negativna količina za neutralizaciju.
