Prenos zaposlenog između preduzeća se vrši putem čarobnjaka u redu sa alatima personalne mape radnika. Klikom na čarobnjak otvara se prozor Prenos zaposlenog između preduzeća. Koristec´i čarobnjak Prenos zaposlenog između preduzeća, možemo prebaciti zaposlene iz jedne baze podataka ili kompanije u drugu bazu podataka ili kompaniju.
Zaposleni se automatski kopira iz personalne mape iz koje pokrećemo čarobnjak.
