Iako je omogućeno knjiženje narudžbi kupaca, temeljnice na koje se knjiže su evidencijske. Kao takve, one se ne prikazuju u bruto bilansu, jer evidencijske temeljnice služe samo za internu evidenciju i ne utiču direktno na finansijski prikaz u bilansu.
