Specifičnost Servis modula su izbalansirani prijemi i izdaci — količina primljenih artikala mora uvijek biti jednaka količini izdatih artikala i obrnuto. Zbog toga postoji unaprijed definisano skladište reklamacije, koje služi za evidentiranje prijema i izdavanja u servisnim postupcima.
