Podešavanja koncernskih šifarnika je najviše upotrebljena u računovodstvenim servisima, jer se upotrebljava veći broj baza, koje su na istom serveru. Sa upotrebom koncernskih šifarnika je moguće iz jedne baze popuniti tj. uskladiti šifarnike na ostalim bazama na serveru. Sa tim je omogućeno iz jedne baze automatski popuniti izabrane šifarnike u drugim bazama.
