kod jednog korisnika javlja se greska kada pokusa ispisati neki ispis (bilo koji).
Poruka u greski je "Canvas does not allow drawing" (sliak u prilogu).

Greška se javlja prilikom predpregleda ispisa (kada se ispis ¨izrađuje¨ u Pantheonu), a ne kada se šalje na printer, tako da ne vjerujem da je greška povezana sa printerom, već sa Fast Reportom.
Da, imaju instalirane printere.

znam, da izpis ne dodje do printera. ipak pokušajte, da promijenite default printer in pokušajte ponovo...

ovo možemo zatvoriti, riješili smo. Ponovo smo instalirali printer, sada je u redu. Hvala!
