Pozdravljeni,
zanima me ali se ure porodniškega in očetovskega dopusta štejojo v izračun povprečnega števila zaposlenih, npr. za potrebe letnega poročila? Sedaj sem izračunavala tako, da sem po izpisu 3J6 vzela fond ur in da delila z letnim fondom ur.
