U slučaju da je opcija uključena, program pri vrsti dokumenta provjerava uneseni broj veznog dokumenta 1 i 2 i u slučaju da se kod istog subjekta pojavi isti broj na drugom dokumentu javi se poruka "Vezni dokument X je već unesen na dokumentu .
