Da li je sada obavezno da se tiketi koji ne sadrže podatke klijenata označavaju kao public da bih videli i ostali partneri? Isto pitanje i za tikete koji su prebačeni u Knowledge base? Imamo prijavu od partnera da i dalje vidi samo svoje tikete, bez obzira da li posmatra All/Public/Entire pool?

Partner vidi samo svoje tickete i tickete svojih korisnika - to je normalno, Takva je sada politika HD.
Ako ima na ticketu neka informativna vrednost za ostale, markira se kao public i stavi se u knowledge base.
