Isprintan reklamirani fiskalni racun sa veleprodaje ( fr: 1763, 13-360-000001).Proces storno ide na slijedeci nacin:
1. otvoriti novi zapis
2.opcijom dodaj dodati dokument koji zelimo stornirati
3.zakacimo opciju Storno dokumenta
4.ubacimo depozit u visini rn koji treba stornirati
5.kliknemo na FP

Koji bi bio slijed za dok. 3900, fiskalni uređaj Datecs pri storniranju? POkušala sam slijediti gornje upute i storno FR ne funkcionira.
