In Employee File in the panel Working hours | Tasks by pressing on the button wizard 
in the Taskbar we open Hours-actual à Hours-transfer we transfer values form the field Hours actually in the field Hours transfer:

Wizard Hours-actual à Hours-transfer will appear in the Taskbar in the employee files only when we are placed in the panel Working hours | Tasks.

With the start of the wizard the program ask for the confirmation: Do you really want to transfer hours worked of all employees?
When the program finishes the transfer it informs us: Transfer complete!
