Copy Functional Knowledge

In Employee File Taskbar press wizard 006617.gif and the window Copy Functional Knowledge:

 

 

000001.gif Wizard Copy Functional Knowledge will apear only if in Employee File the panel education is open.

Pressing Copy Functional Knoledge we can add it all employees.

 

Criteria:

Employee We can choose Employee to whome we would like to copy Functional knowledge.
Department Copy Functional Knowledge to all Employees in specific Department.
Position Copy Functional Knowledge to all Employees in specific Department.
Functional Knowledge Choose the Type of Knowledge.
 Fee  Fee of Education.
Duration Duration of Education.
Passed test If the Employee passed the test we can mark.
Grade Score of the Test.
Next test  Choose date for the next test. If the Interval is set in the Settings - Subject, date will apear automatically.
Confirm with the button Copy. Program reports:

Copying Functional Knowledge is complete.

Press OK to Copy Functional Knowledge.
