If the table contains more data that it can display in the window at a time, scroll bars will appear. Using the scroll bars, we can enlarge the table or scroll to a part of the data that is not directly visible due to the dimensions of the window.

If we click inside the table, we can also use the keyboard to move around. The keyboard commands are:
Page Down |
Moves one side down. |
Page Up |
Moves one side up. |
Arrow key – Down |
Moves the cursor one line down. |
Arrow key – Up |
Moves the cursor one line up. |
Arrow key – Left |
Moves the cursor one field to the left. |
Arrow key – Right |
Moves the cursor one field to the right. |
Home |
Positions the cursor at the beginning of the record. |
End |
Positions the cursor at the end of the record. |
Tab |
Positions the cursor to the next field in the table. |
Ctrl + Home |
Positions the cursor to the first record in the data table. |
Ctrl + End |
Positions the cursor to the last record in the data table.

WARNING
Scroll bars are just one of the ways of moving around the databases and are only used where the data is displayed in grid view. Tables are limited to displaying a small amount of data, so most of the time the data is viewed in the form of a form. In this case, we use the navigation buttons, which are always located in the middle of each window.
