Copy password for employees
In Employee Files - General Taskbar by pressing wizard 
we open Copy password for employees.
Through window Copy Password we can copy passwords to all employees at the same time, or only to the ones we select with the selection criteria.
Selection criteria are:

Select Employee Status or leave set to All Statuses. |

Employee

We can select only the specific employees we would like to copy passwords to.

Department

We can copy passwords for employees in specific department.

Position
|
We can copy passwords for employees for specific positions.

| Password Composition Variables |
Password can be composed by selecting one or more of the following variables:
- Worker - Employee ID
- RegNo - Worker Reg. No. / ID
- TaxId - Tax No. (VAT No.)
- Name - Employee's name
- Surname - Employee's last name
- UCN - Nat. ID No.
Double-click to select a variable.

By selecting Clear button, we can delete passwords for all employees or the ones that fit the chosen criteria. |

By selecting Copy button, we can copy password for employees. Existing passwords will be overwritten with new ones.

WARNING
Wizard Copy password for employees will appear in the Taskbar in the employee files only when we are placed in the panel General.
