You can use earning type for record keeping in Earnings Types. Use it to calculate amount, hours, etc which appear in payroll preparation formula and which you do not want to add to gross salary amount. It is applied only when:
- no other earnings type is selected
- ID of payment order is not specified
- you create a new entry in Work Types for which contributions are not paid or accounted for
- type of income is not selected
- it is set not to be included in forms
- it is not an absence entry
- it is not a sick leave entry
- checking Shown on Pay Slip!
