IRIS 10008 - Change of serial number requires move of documents
IRIS message is opened when changing Panthoen serial number in Installation in Administrator Panel. Documents stored in eDocumentation must be moved to the new serial number in order to be displayed in DMS module.

Documents are moved to a new Cloud location according to the new serial number. If Documents are not moved to a new location, they won't be displayed in DMS module. |

When confirming serial number change, also Serial number change Wizard is opened to display all the databases where changing of a serial number will have an effect. If you use the same serial number on multiple databases, these databases will be displayed on this list. If you are using DMS module in combination with eDocumentation storage it is essential (mandatory) to also move documents so they can be displayed in DMS module. If there are multiple databases with the same serial number and DMS module with eDocumentaion storage is in use, then serial number must be changed on all those databases when you choose option Move documents. Otherwise documents in DMS module won't be displayed on those other databases.
