Lines of price change
Document lines for the price change can be entered in two ways:
1. in the central panel
if you wish to change prices in all retail classes, this is the only possible
way to carry out the procedure. We also use it when we will chose a different
degree of price increase in every price range:

displays the existing retail prices from the items
register, as the following; - retail
price, sales price, wholesale price 1, wholesale price 2, price for the Bill

Raise in %
|
enter the
degree of retail price increase. You may change only one of the prices or
all.
On the basis of the entered degree of the retail price increase, the
program will calculate new prices. |
New price
|
Data on new prices in all price classes is being
displaced automatically
if you have entered the Degree of increase.
Actually, new retail prices can be entered directly in the offered fields. |
Margin (old/new)
|
the program displays for every price range:
- percentage of old margin, so margin in former retail prices.
- percentage of new margin, so, margin in new sales prices. It is
being displayed in the bold print.

Such entered data is also being transferred in the document
line.

For easier navigation among the data, the buttons with the
following functions are available in the central panel:
- transfer to the new line and the entry of code of the next item, to
which we are changing the code
 - jump on previous line of the
price change document
 - jump to the next line of the
price change document |
2. directly in the document lines
for the change of price, if only the retail price will be changed and
(connected to it), price from the first price class.

Stock
|
The program displays the stock situation, with which the difference is
being multiplied to calculate the total value of the price change.

The stock is calculated as the stock situation on
(including) the date of document for the price change. |
