In case you checked the followin in the Salary Parameters panel in Employee Files:

In case of changing position of employment it will caculate salary using both parameters. The ratio used for each position will be calculated according to how much time was spent respectively.

If employee has absences recorded for the period, click transfer icon in calendar to enter data accordingly:

Two positions of employment are entered for the employee. Since he changed positions in the middle of month, only the first half of the month is recorded as having position of employment in Accountant(1st to 17th May). The other half of the month is recorded as having the position of Salesperson (18th - 31st May).

The employee receives gross salary of 2.000,00 EUR for position of Salesperson.

The employee receives gross salary of 1500,00 EUR for position in Accountant.

You can display and subsequently print payroll preparation report based on data entered in the Custom Fields panel in Employee Files and in the Preparation panel in Regular Pay form:
