Companies must use Form 1 to show payments by collective agreeement (section 2) separate from payments not included in the collective agreement (section 006).

1. If your company does not use collective agreement, in Earnings Types change payment section of Form 1 accordingly.
2. If your company makes payments to some employees by collective agreement, and on the other hand, not for the remainig part of personnel, keep predefined earnings types and create additional types.

   Create new earnings type entry for all payments by individual agreement as wekk as for leavem length of service bonus, etc. By and by for all earnings types to include in section 6 of Form 1.
