Register of postal codes for Slovenia is already preset. In this register you can enter postal codes in Slovenia and abroad.

Open the Postal Zones register by double-clicking the field for entering postal zones anywhere in the program, where it is being used; for example in the Subjects register, when entering location of parity (for example in the issued invoice) and similar.

Postal Area
Enter a maximum of eleven characters (alphanumeric) long postal code of the area.
Place
It displays the name of the place - maximum 30 characters.
Distance
It shows the distance of the place from our company's headquarters. With the entry of the subject ID, the program calculates the distance of the subject from our company's headquarters. The data is also used in trip forms.
Region
(optional) It displays the label of the region. The data is being entered in form of text. To make entering easier it is offered to you in dropdown form with every additional entry in that field.

The data is used in ZEUS analyses.

Administrative Unit (optional) It displays the label of the administrative unit. Here you can enter block of text. To make entering easier it is offered to you in dropdown form with every additional entry in that field.

The data is used in ZEUS analyses.

46087.jpgThe wizards menu displays the function for copying data about the distance of place from our company headquarters to the Subjects register.

The lookup table allows you to search, sort or filter data from the Postal Zones register, according to postal code, place or distance.
000001.gif The easiest way for entering postal codes is to add the country code, according to the European standards. This way for example Antwerp is entered as B-2000, Berlin as D-10000.

Foreign postal codes are entered in PANTHEON as  XX-nnnnnnn, where XX represents the ISO code of the country (for example IT, HR, ...),and nnnnnn represents  the postal code.

In case there are more towns with the same postal code (for example  IT-33040 Premariaco, IT-33040 Moimacco), then enter the postal codes as: IT-33040/1 Premariaco, IT-33040/2 Moimacco.

Set data report parameters (see Parameters | Company | Texts on documents) if you wish the country prefix to be displayed or not and from (including) which character on you would like the postal code to be displayed.
