Tecta Warehouses
Warehouses allow you to store and manage your company's raw materials. PANTHEON warehouses support all key warehouse processes and provide a good overview of the quantity, value and location of your items. The basic warehouse settings can be found in the Subjects register.
To make the logistics at Tecta easier, separate warehouses are defined for retail and wholesale, for the in-house bar department and for own products, which are separated according to the stages of the production process.
Using Tecta as an example, a user guide was prepared to help you understand how to work with warehouses in PANTHEON. It is divided into four chapters:
Description of Tecta warehouses

Tecta uses different warehouses, which allows them to operate more transparently. The warehouses are interconnected. This chapter presents detailed descriptions of warehouses. |
Creating a new warehouse

Depending on the needs of the company or business process, additional warehouses can be added. This chapter presents how to create a new BAR warehouse, which will be used for Bar Department purposes. |
Inter-warehouse transfer

Warehouses are interconnected, as material is transferred between them according to the needs of the business process. This chapter presents show an example of how the goods between two warehouses are transferred in PANTHEON. The transfer will be made from the finished products warehouse to the wholesale warehouse for the purpose of sales. |
Warehouse settings

Each warehouse has preset preferences on how to track data for the items in the warehouse. This chapter provides an overview of the settings for the BAR warehouse. The settings for the warehouses can be changed in the Subjects register. |
