Tabs
The Tabs in the Fixed Assets register provide structured sections for entering, viewing and managing detailed information about Fixed Assets, Small Tools and Fixed Assets in Acquisition. Each tab focuses on a specific aspect of asset management, such as Accounting details, asset Movement, Tax Depreciation, Documentation, and more. The layout makes it easy to update and monitor the lifecycle of each asset, from acquisition and utilization to disposal, while also offering quick access to important data such as accounting entries and Postings.
Tabs can be accessed in the Fixed assets, Small Tools and Register-Fixed Assets in Acquisition registers and are navigated by clicking on the appropriate tab.

Tabs consist of the following functional units:
| Accounting |
Displays information about Dates, Posting - Accounts, Depreciation/Revaluation and Asset Acquisition Information. |
| Movement |
Tracks the transfer of assets between different departments within the company. |
| Value |
Lists all recorded events and changes related to the selected asset. |
| Tax Depreciation |
Provides details on tax-related Depreciation Calculations records. |
| Notes |
Allows the addition and editing of custom notes associated with the asset. |
| Regular inspections |
Enables tracking and documentation of scheduled inspections and their outcomes. |
| Documentation |
Stores and manages related documents, links, files, and images connected to the asset. |
| Posts |
Lists all Postings associated with the asset. |
| Loan/Lease |
Contains information related to Loans and Leases of the asset. |
| Fixed Assets Structure |
Displays the hierarchical structure of assets when one asset is a component of another. |
| Custom Fields |
Includes additional Custom fields defined by the person responsible for asset management. |
| Resources |
Provides space to enter additional information for assets designated as equipment, based on the Subtype settings in the Header. |
| FA links |
Displays the connection between Fixed Assets or Small Tools and their original entries in Register-Fixed Assets in Acquisition, if the asset was initially recorded in the Fixed Assets in Acquisition register. |
| Links |
Shows invoice and sales information for assets that have been disposed of or sold. |
| Utilization |
Tracks the assignment and transfer of assets between employees, similar to the Movement Tab but focusing on employee responsibility. |
| Costs |
Contains additional cost entries connected to the asset, such as maintenance or upgrades |
