Tecta Registers

The registers allow the user to operate PANTHEON more easily, quickly and correctly. Using registers, you can set up the program in way that allows you to work in a structured manner and follow the company's process.
This user manual is prepared to help you understand how to prepare the registers and set them up. It is divided into the following chapters:
Items |
Tecta carries out a wide range of activities. It needs materials and goods from suppliers, sells its own products and provides a variety of services to perform its activities. The materials, goods, services and products are called Items in PANTHEON. This chapter presents the Items register, an example of creating new items and the related settings.

Business partners |
Tecta works with a variety of business partners, both domestically and abroad. Business partners are entered in the Subjects register in PANTHEON. This chapter presents the Subjects register, an example of creating new subjects and the related settings.

Calendars |
Calendars help you organize your company's work in a transparent way. Several types of calendars can be created in PANTHEON. In this section, we prepared an introduction to calendars and an example of the main calendar and a working calendar in Tecta and the related settings.

Personnel |
Tecta's employees are organized in different departments. They work for the company in different forms of employment. They keep Personal Files. This chapter presents the organizational chart of Tecta and its departments. In addition to the general information, examples of creating departments and jobs were also prepared.

Tecta has its own Accounting Department. They use double-entry bookkeeping. Importing registers

Registers constitute the basic information of any company's business. A company deals with the registers when it starts its business or when it switches to using an ERP. PANTHEON is familiar with many different registers. Users can import registers from a web server or an Excel spreadsheet.
