Serial numbers

The Serial Numbers tab is used to manage and monitor serial numbers assigned to a specific item. If serial number tracking is enabled for the item, this tab allows you to view, control, and track all related serial numbers, including their warehouse location, availability status, reservations, stock quantity, and validity period.

1. Header

Field with a drop-down list in the header that allows you to search by serial numbers according to their status:
- N – No tracking
- S – One ser. no. is one piece.
- K – One ser. no. is more pieces (batch)
- P – Product Variants (batch)
- E – Compound Serial (one piece)
- O – Compound Serial (batch)

If checked, the system shows Serial Numbers with set valid until date. |
2. List of serial numbers
The list of serial numbers displays the serial numbers you have entered, depending on the search function selected.
The list shows the following columns:

Warehouse
|
Name of the warehouse where the item with this serial number is located.

Serial no.
|
Serial number of the item (individual or batch serial number). The serial number is limited to a maximum of 100 characters. In this case, the serial number may be:

| Available |
Indicates whether the serial number is currently available for use/sale (✓ = available). |

Stock
|
Currently available stock of items with this serial number.
|
|
Reserved
|
Items with serial numbers reserved for a specific customer.
|
| Remaining stock |
The number of available stock. If the item has already been issued, the stock is 0. |
| Valid until |
The expiry date for each serial number. This field only appears if the checkbox Valid Until is checked. |
