Assigning PANTHEON Granules to users

After a successful activation of PANTHEON Granules, the person responsible (usually administrator) can assign PANTHEON Granules to individual users. Only as many PANTHEON Granules as have been activated can be assigned to users.
A PANTHEON Granule is linked to a named user (name and surname), which means that they need to be individually linked to a specific employee in your company.
 |
WARNING
- Granules are being assigned to users in PANTHEON starting from version 10.0.38.00. For PANTHEON users who have not yet upgraded to version 10.0.38.00, assign Granules through Usersite. The table for assignment will appear on the same page as the Granule activation. The table will only be displayed if the user does not have any PANTHEON license on version 10.0.38.00.
PANTHEON Granules are additional services that can be accessed if your company has already been using one of the PANTHEON licenses.

- The display of Granules in the table is dynamic, which means that it only shows the columns for the Granules that we have ordered.
- In Header we can filter Granules users list by Group of users, User activity or By Granules.
|

Available PANTHEON Granules that can be assigned to users are listed next to the Granules name (e.g. Travel Orders (2/8), which means that two of the eight available Granules are currently assigned).
 |
HINT
The number of activated Granules (e.g. 3) is linked to the PANTHEON license holder and means that they can only assign 3 granules for 3 users from any database. This means that the number of available Granules does not apply only to the current database, but to all databases together.
|
In this case, the person responsible can assign e.g the following Granules:
2 B2B Orders Granule (1 used / 3 activated)
5 Granule Dashboard (0 used / 5 activated)
6 Travel orders Granule (2 used /8 activated)

- With assigned Granules users also gets all the necessary Permissions for the Granula usage. If we assign the Granule to the existing user, for example a manager, who has higher permissions, he will also have more rights in the Granules. Granule therefore does not overwrite higher permissions with lower ones. Before activation of Granules we recommend to define authorizations in PANTHEON by selecting Settings | Program | Administration panel | Users and groups | Users and choose user. In tab Security | General set a permissions settings as desired or to None and click Save button.
- If you want to assign a Granula to a user from another database, you must log in to another database and repeat the process.
