Checking documents in the field

PANTHEON Granule Documents and Tasks allows the user to gain an overview of the documentation while in the field. You can access the entire documentation archive from anywhere using your mobile device.

Below is a simple example of how to check the documentation while in the field using the Granule Documents and Tasks.

CASE SUMMARY
Richard Repairment, a repairman at Tecta, works in the field. He works with documentation using PANTHEON Granule Documents and Tasks. During a field service, he wants to check the servicing documents in the Documentation. This is done as follows:
- Selecting the Granule Documents and Tasks
- Checking the document list
- Checking the details of a document

1. Selecting the Granule Documents and Tasks
After logging in to PANTHEON Web, the person responsible selects Documents tab.

The tab Documents showing a list of existing documents opens.

2. Checking the document list
The person responsible wants to find the servicing documentation of the customer Umbra.
To find documentation quickly, the person responsible uses filters.
In the filter field Subject, the person responsible starts typing Umb.
Umbra, sole proprietor is displayed in the drop-down list and the person responsible selects it.

A list of documents linked to Umbra, sole proprietor, is displayed.

Clicking the preview button
next to the document ID shows the document preview.

3. Checking the details of a document
The person responsible wants to see the detailed information of document 23-DMS0-000003.
To display this information, the person responsible clicks the ID number of the selected document.

This opens a detailed view of the document.
The tab Documents shows the attached documents.
By clicking the attachment, the person responsible can view the attached servicing documentation.

The person responsible wants to check the linked documents as well.
This is done by clicking the tab Connected (Linked).
The linked servicing order document 23-0100-000004 of the customer Umbra is displayed.

This completes the process of checking the document from the documentation archive.
