Export of artificial insemination

    

Program  PANTHEON VET enables the export of data from the program on the artificial insemination of animals. For this purpose, we have created the ARES procedure.

Functionality Export of artificial insemination is located in the menu is located in the menu Veterinary | Codes |​ Code of owners and animals, by clicking the button Import/Export data in the toolbar.

Below, we have prepared a user example of exporting artificial insemination data for you.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EXAMPLE

The responsible person wants to export the artificial insemination data of the fictional company Bestia for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2021. They do this by following these steps:

  1. Code of owners and animals
  2. Export of artificial insemination

1. Code of owners and animals

The responsible person wants to export the artificial insemination data.

For this purpose, they select the menu Veterinary | Codes | Code of owners and animals.

The first entry in the code list opens.

They proceed to open the artificial insemination export window.

2. Export of artificial insemination

In the toolbar, they click the button  (Import/Export data). 

Several options for functionality selection are displayed.

 In our case, they select the option: 5000001 - Export of artificial insemination.

The window Export of artificial inseminationopens.

They specify the period for which they want to make the export. In the field Period from they select: January 1 and in the field to: December 31, 2021.

They click the button Refresh data.

In the lower part of the window, the data on all artificial inseminations of the company Bestia for the selected period is displayed.
