Import animals
In the program PANTHEON VET we have the option to import animal data using an import file (Excel file).
Functionality Import animal is located in the menu Veterinary | Registers | Register of owners and animals, by clicking the button Import/Export datain the toolbar .TIP

Import animals from Excel .Below, we show an example of importing animals from an Excel table into the Register of owners and animals.

The responsible person wants to use the Import animal functionality to import an animal record that was previously entered into a local Excel table into the Register of owners and animals. This is done in the following steps:

The responsible person wants to access the import of animals from an Excel table.
For this purpose, they select the menu
Veterinary | Registers | Register of owners and animals .It opens at the first entry in the register.
They proceed to open the window for importing animals.

2. Import animals
In
the toolbar, they click the button (
Import/Export data).Several functionality options are displayed.
In our example, they select: Import animals.

The window
Import animals opens.To import the previously created Excel table, they click the button
Import from file .TIP

You can download the Excel table template to your local disk by clicking the button
Export template .The import menu opens, where they select the file from the local disk and the button

Open .The data from the Excel table is transferred to the appropriate columns (shown in the image below).

Save the animal import by clicking the button

Save. The program provides the information:
Import completed. Do you want to close the import? The responsible person confirms the command by clicking the button
